SKOOL COMMUNITY (FREE UNTIL END OF JULY) : www.skool.com/weekend-academy...
We've spent years speaking and wiring speaking habits into our brains. The problem is, most of us haven't learnt how to speak effectively. As a result, there's many bad speaking habits we develop, that we're unaware of, that reduce the impact of our statements.
These habits can also get in the way of our relationships at work and even interpersonal relationships.
But it's not your fault you have these bad habits, we're never taught how to speak effectively. So that's why I've created this video, to make you more aware of the ingrained habits you have, so you can replace these bad habits with better habits.
Timestamps:
Introduction 0:00
1ST BAD HABIT: 1:43
2ND BAD HABIT: 5:17
3RD BAD HABIT: 8:57
4TH BAD HABIT: 13:08
5TH BAD HABIT: 14:12
As a thank you for watching the video, I want to invite you to my Skool community, Weekend Academy, where we dive into depth about skills like communication skills that school / college / uni won't teach you. I'm VERY active here now, so click the link on top to come join before it becomes paid!

People do not underestimate just how useful Tanzeers tips are, yes it does seem "unnatural" initially but you're just working on finding a new way to express yourself more effectively! Without a doubt, doing the exercise at 8:08 at 7am and probably waking up my neighbours was definitely worth the investment. But I also noticed that relaxing my abdomen gave me more control over my voice too

Thanks for the comment Harsh! And yes...it seems unnatural, but this is usually a fixed perspective most people have in order to resist change. Hope your neighbours loved the high pitch caterpillar story!

It's interesting how most of us never even notice that we're doing these bad habits. Rather, we conclude that we're just bad communicators. We don't realize we can become better communicators just by stopping them. I love how this video not only clears up that misconception, but also gives us simple and actionable steps to improve our communication.

It's easier to accept an identity (I am a bad communicator) than it is to change your identity (I am a bad communicator, but I will improve).
