Thanks for the bit of time travel. Home Economics used to be taught in schools. 1963, that's when I had to do an embroidery sample. So messy! I was too impatient. This makes me want to try again, now that I'm older.🤭

S ..I too got reminded of my school days ... handicrafts class...where all these stitches were taught...we used to have our shoulder be bags with such designs made by selves ...each one of us proudly holding those bags....Thank you for the lessons... bringing out nostalgic memories....GOD BLESS U

This I'd what teacher taught as in 4th grade. My son wanted to learn it and he did,sewing,crochet,needlework,backing,cooking,cleaned his room clean everything in order. He past at 15yrs old cancer his room still look's desk,drawer's ,closet like 33yrs ago.i clean it for him 💔broke hurt's
