You should differ between short and long beeps... 5long beeps-RAM problem, 5 short beeps-GPU output problem...if its short, not like in video, it's often due to older GPU in PciX slot, you should try newer generation/model.

I had the same problem with a new i5-10400F - so need a dedicated graphic card ok with that, it's normal, but ... 5 short bips too! Solved just by replacing the pcie graphic card (old card over 10 years old with a newer 1060GT), with the same hdmi display cable and screen. And now this work. Damn I was so scared and stressed!!! Unbelievable to see that - all that because of a f..*** output display compatibility - a too old pcie card don't work !!! Thank you for your video.

If this didnt fix you problem Then do this instead 1 clean your ram 2 change the slot of your ram (theres a possibility that there is a dead ram slots) 3 unplugged all plugins including usb, etc.. 4 open the pc multiple times (sometimes your ram or processor is overloaded then they forcefully make your pc turn off)

In my case, it was 5 short beeps. Changed the RAM... nothing. Changed the CMOS battery... nothing. Pulled out the monitor plug and it worked. Wtf! Not even gigabyte knew that, as some users were reporting on the forums. It was probably something related to a bad contact video card slot. Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 PRO.

if you have 5 short beeps try this. the first time i did it i unplugged the power cable, then unplugged all monitors from pc , put power back in and it worked. next time the 5 quick beeps came i did the same thing and it didn’t work, this time i unplugged monitors and also all usbs from the pc and it worked . if that doesn’t work try unplugging everything including monitors usb and sound from pc.

*FIXED* So guys, i fixed my problem. I have gigabyte z390 gaming sli motherboard with i9 9900k and some liquid cooling for processor. Seems that my problem was my cooler water pump was not connected with current. Somehow it was disconnected by accident.

Hey guys! The fix for me was removing the processor and rubbing the back of it with a eraser. I think the contact pad has collected some dust. (ONLY DO THIS IF THE BOTTOM OF YOUR CPU DOES NOT HAVE PINS AND IS FLAT. ONLY IF YOUR MOTHERBOARD HAS PINS)

Looking as some kind of sorcerry, but WORKING!!! Problem is in the boot, "Fast booting" did not cooperate with dual ram. Insert only 1st RAM, then "disable" fast boot" in BIOS, and insert 2nd RAM. In my case this working. Thx for this video, save my psychical health.

The 5 beeps are usually a sign of a hardware error. If the solution on the video does not help, you have to look for the error in the other hardware. This was only the simplest solution. :)

Hello Aliuz, thank you for your comment. :) The five beep error code refers to a hardware issue. One of the hardwares in your computer is RAM memory, and this video shows the solution to this issue because it is one of the most common ones. If you tested the RAM and you get the same error code, then unfortunately this is not a simple issue. There might be a problem with the processor, CPU, or the integrated hardware on the motherboard. Five short beeps means there has been a processor error. A damaged expansion card, the CPU, or the motherboard could be prompting this AMI beep code. Start by reseating the CPU. ... Chances are, however, the CPU needs replaced.😔

I solved this issue I faced the same problem with my pc 5 beep and stuck Solution: there is no specific reason for this problem because I saw different people saying the different solution You have to check everything separately. Reason can be -Cpu, GPU, Ram, PSU 1. You can clean or change the ram 2.you can remove the graphics card from the motherboard and start your pc without GPU(it worked for me) 3. Check CPU and CPU pin, connecting properly or not!! 4. Check PSU. Most importantly, If your pc starts, 1st of all update your motherboard bios, bios are the main reason for this problem. After updating bios my problem solved permanently. (Do it on your own risk. Updating bios can make your motherboard dead.)

An indication of a 5 beep hardware failure.This may not be a RAM problem.If you have a friend with compatible RAM, try it. Good luck 🙂
