Thanks for your videos. I think I’ll start putting l-glutamine in my morning smoothie as well. It sounds like a good idea. I think cabbage juice is also good for healing ulcers. I juice purple cabbage as well. Take care and thanks again.

My pleasure. Yea. I try to do these very regularly. The juicing and the L-glutamine. But key is consistency and healthy eating. Managing stress

New to your channel. The amazon links for the L- Glutamine are in pill form but the one you use in your shakes is in powder form. I screenshot the one you are using in your shakes and i cannot find it on amazon or googling it online. Where can i buy the one you use in your shakes please? Thank you. You should have more followers! A lot of value in your videos. Btw I have UC

So L-glutamine from my research is kind of a generic amino acid. Brand should not matter as I have used a few different brands. I will normally buy them from my workout supplement store called Popeyes here in Canada but lots of other places carry it. Pill form is good as well. You don’t need to take with a shake. I just find it convenient to do so. I also believe Walmart will carry it as well. I really appreciate your kind words and questions. If I can help more let me know. Thank you 😊

@@cmastre1 Thank you so much for response. I ended up find it in that website that just mentioned Popeye but it's located in Canada if I am not mistaken. I much rather to take it with my smoothies in the morning as would be the only thing holding me until lunch time around 12 noon time. I don't think I seen you have breakfast except the smoothie. Thank you and I am glad I found your channel. About to buy these supplements for my smoothies in the morning.

I just wanted to tell that yesterday received the L- glutamine, the psyllium husk and the imodium. Today I put it in my smoothie ( I am a smoothie person) and i cannot tell you the difference! I have not had any pain or running to the bathroom before driving to work. I hope tomorrow is the same, not sure at night, nights are tough! Also I wanted to mention that the bread/ bagel think kind I buy from whole foods is unbun soy free, grain free, dairy free, gluten free organic and one of the ingredients is psyllium husk! The 2nd one is base Culture brand bread no grains, no soy, no gluten, clean clean as well expensive for a bread but what can we do us that suffer from this decease.Thank you!

That’s great. It might take a few days to really help but it should slow down your GI track so you can function and the healing process will begin. I find breads tough when I’m flaring but if they are full of the right things it might be ok. Stay away from seeds though. Tough to digest. If you don’t juice I would recommend it. Will help your cognitive functioning and your energy and give your cells the necessary nutrients to heal.

Hi. For L-Glutamine brand doesn’t matter so much. Go to supplements store and ask for It and they will direct you. You can contact me via messenger if you like. Just search my name. Chris Mastre.

Hi, why l glutamine is not working for eczema?
@cmastre13 жыл бұрын
L-Glutamine is meant more for healing muscles and tissues. Not really things like skin issues. But aloe Vera might be helpful as it has healing properties that help with skin.

@cmastre14 жыл бұрын
I have Ulcerative Colitis. So I use about 50 mls in my serving. I never used slippery elm. I was going down that route and it was on my list of things to try but it seemed what I was doing was working. Along with some stress management techniques and the shakes and juicing as well as eating an extremely clean diet it brought me into a 6 year remission. The hard part in the beginning is the discipline of staying on track but if you can you will see results.

I hear you. I have other videos that may help a bit. To be honest it’s a pretty plain diet. Stay away from all things processed. Anything in a can jar bag or box. No fast food. Cook plain meals not much seasoning unless natural ingredients. Boil or steam all vegetables. I only eat chicken breast or salmon for meats. But very minimal and only lightly seasoned. Your taste buds will hate you but your body will love you. If you get a chance check out some of my other videos. You may find something that helps.
