Thanks! Just grab a camera and start shooting don;t over complicate things. At the end of the day they are all cameras. If you don't want to think about lenses etc then the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 would be a great system to start with.

If you are on a studio, doing live stream and etc it's ok to use a cheap camera. if you have to deal with changing ligth, multiple faces and long time recording, you start to apreciate many of those features. To be honest, inside home I use a Gopro or even my phone.

Even though its a lot better than M50, i ended up making sort of a cinema rig with my M50 and will try to make cinematic look in my movies (with cynestyle) included ofc. Subscription earned. 👊 great information on the budget range of cameras, and amazing high quality content. Your work is great dude. I appreciate all the effort you put into it. I have owned the ZVE-10 and its a little beast of a camera. Paired with the 35mm f1.8 OSS lens it could get some really cool b-roll. As a podcast camera it did great. No overheating issues after almost 2 hours. Had to sell it but now looking at something else again. Used A6400, maybe a R50, or go into the Fujifilm system. Fuji lenses seems much more affordable than all the others. Lets see where I end up after a 1000 KZbin videos 🤣

The R50 has AF in both 4k and 1080 so no issues there. The Canon M50 does have Contrast based AF in 4k but I find it to be unusable. I just us Manual Focus when shooting 4k with the M50.

I've been watching your videos night and day. I got a second hand M6, I love the camera, the aesthetics, the functionality, the quality. But, unfortunately, the M50, which I consider n inferior camera, is way more popular, hence the lack of videos about the M6. So I watch all your material about the M50 and adapt it to my camera. ;) The R50 looks amazing, but I already own 2 R6, so , until Canon comes up with a RF camera with the M6 form factor, I'll keep it. The only thing that doesn't make the M6 a perfect camera, is the lack of the articulated screen. I'd guess that's the reason of the over popularity of the M50 (and price, of course) Anyway, I enjoy your videos, keep posting. And thank you

I would much rather buy the Lumix G95 than the a6400. Cheaper and has buttery smooth IBIS. It's even weather sealed. Plus it's Lumix... Shadows are unreal.

Hey man, I wouldn't save up all that money for an M50. The camera itself is great, but they discontinued the EF-M mount system and continue to discontinue their lenses. I'd go for the R50 instead. That way, you can buy lenses and then use them on a new camera you buy in the future.
