You can try baking them for 7-8 minutes and add additional time if needed. Most of them are normally baked for 8-10 minutes. Hope that helps!

I recommend it as it helps with even baking and prevents sticking, but if you don’t have any make sure you spray/grease your cookie sheets well.

Unfortunately I’m not really familiar with vegan substitutes but you might could try subbing 1/4 cup applesauce for 1 egg. Hope that helps!

I use a small cookie scoop (here’s the link: amzn.to/2LDQ4yg) which is 1 tbsp dough or 1/2 ounce each. Hope that helps!
