Allopathy, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, sabhi ka diet plan n treatment alag hai. Ayurveda n naturopathy, treatment se jyada bachav per focus karte hain. Baaki Fruits and Vegetables ke maximum use ki baat sabhi karte hain.

Yes sir absolutely right I am living in mysore karnataka here peoples eat big quantity of rice that also morning breakfast to dinner every dishes made with rice or rice flour. They eat sambar with vegs green leafy with dals. I have never seen any obese peoples

Sir,south wale chawal ko fermentation karke khate isliye सुपाच्य ho jata hai chawal ki quantity kam hi khate hai with direct rice intake karne ki tulna me per north ki tulna kuch kam mote nahin hota ऐसा कोई बात नहीं।

बिहार में, बंगाल में, नेपाल में सुबह शाम दोनों वक्त चावल ही खाते है क्या वे सब मोटे हैं ? इसलिये मैं भी यह नहीं मानता कि चावल मोटापा बढाता है !

jab se Jio aaya hai aur internet sasta ho gaya, internet pe daily ek na ek gyaan chood aa rahe hai. Aare chacha, Chawal aur Aalu mein carbohydrates he carbohydrates hota hai, weight gain hoga he hoga.

Please check your blood sugar after eating rice at 2.5 hour mark and if the rice doesn’t spike your sugar you can eat. South India uses special species of rice that has high fiber vs other varieties of rice. We all are different and our body reacts differently.
