সকল কমেন্টারি কে 2 টি পরামর্শ দিতে পারি 1, রাতে ডিনার করার পর পরের দিন সকাল অব্দি লক্ষ করবেন 12 ঘন্টা অতিক্রান্ত হয়েছে কিনা? অতিক্রান্ত হলে তবেই খাবার খান। 2, দুপুরে লাঞ্চে ডাল,শাক সবজি খাবেন 75 ভাগ আর ভাত খাবেন 25 ভাগ। মিষ্টি জাতীয় খাবার,ময়দা avoid করুন, আর সব শেষে দিনে কম করে 1 ঘন্টা শরীর টা কে নাড়াচড়া করুন। এই নিয়মে চললে কারুর কোনো দিন সুগার বাড়বে না বলতে পারি। ধন্যবাদ।
