One question: is it possible to travel inside of Europe in my first year as a nomad visa holder without getting problems at my arrival in Portugal again? For example: let's say that I want to travel to several countries inside of Europe in a period of 5 months in my first year

This depends if you intend to become a tax resident in Portugal. If so, you are required to spend at least 183 days in the country.
