We looked at a property in Oak Ridge a couple of days ago. Huge lot. 2+ acres. Very quiet. Stopped by the Lowes grocery store area. We like Oak Ridge. We’ll get serious about buying around October. Thanks for the videos. They really help.

I love your videos and your enthusiasm!...... I'm from Miami, planning to move to NC but I'm still undecided where I want to live there... I'm ready to embrace some peace after living in this chaotic place for almost 10 years now lol.

Awww. Thank you so much! I can show you around the different areas. It’s so laid back here. I think you would love it. ❤️

How come realtors hide the sq ft of homes?? Its so hard to shop without knowing the price per sq ft and without having to ask for each house. Very frustratiing. NC is the only state that I have seem that does this. Crazy

Oh my gosh it is SOOOOOO annoying! It's not the realtors, it's our association. We all complain about it. We try and do the math in our head-or I do anyways. I don't know why they give a range? I can only hope that the Realtor's association changes it VERY soon!

@@dawson0610 Yes - the entire state unfortunately. I don't know what other states do it either?

@@LivingInGreensboroNC So if I would to have several houses I would like info on would you have the square footage right away or do they make you go down to the county clerk to get that info ? LOL just kidding around. But really wondering if when I am ready to start looking if its something you already have in the MLS. It does make it very hard to shop around online though.

What other suburbs in the triad are similar to Oak Ridge?

Colfax, Stokesdale and Madison. Madison is cute, affordable and close to 220!
