My sister is evacuating to Ohio today. Her town, Marshall, is destroyed. There are stories not being told about people crossing up into TN on back roads (the main roads are washed out), where they had power and supplies, then getting hijacked and robbed of provisions, gas and money by armed highwaymen when they tried to get back home.
