Bought the Edifier 330NB based off these recommendations as the Earfun and Comfobuds were out of stock. The 330NB is pretty great! The only two weakpoints for me were the limited touch controls and the seemingly short battery life. I appreciate that it has a low-latency mode for gaming however. Thanks for making this video!

Edifier 330NB had the best overall ambient noise reduction (slight robotic voice sound). Soundcore Life P3 got better as it went along with the crowd noise, but it was too short of a sample to really form an opinion. The 1More Comfobuds Pro might have the best balance of audio quality and ANC, but it only was mediocre in blocking noise in the noisy environment simulated call. The crux of the video (for me at least) was the actual samples at the end. Listening to descriptions of controls is ok for ANC, but I get ANC for the ANC. To that end, would love to see your review of the Elevoc Clear earbuds for ANC call quality.

Elevoc have excellent background noise suppression but they are a One-Trick Pony. 1more ComfoBuds Pro offer you call quality nearly as good but are much better for music and ANC. I recommend you check out my buddy Kenneth Tanaka's comparison video on those two earbuds. It's excellent!

I got me some 1More Comfobuds Pro looking for ambient mode and a good pair of Earbuds, What sold me was that mic quality test, if your going to be hearing other people through it and it sounds like it's from the '90s, well Yea it sucks, But the Comfobuds Mics, are Better than most PC headset mics, and it definitely shows in the day to day use. I use these everyday in ambient mode at work, and I 100 Percent love them. Only have 3 Gripes. The ambient mode needs the ability to adjust/boost the volume as if you have music audible it's still hard to make out words. The touch controls though customizable, are locked down to only a few things, and ambient doesn't work in single earbud mode, despite working really well if you trick the headset into thinking they are both in.

The earbuds market is now saturated and competitive. Even the cheaper options are becoming feature packed so much so that some features are now pretty standard. They don't get points added if present but points deducted if not. I would say standard features ( ie must have features) include single use mode, bluetooth range 35 feet minimum, touch controls that include volume, quick charge and wireless charging ( I have $15 earbuds that came with wireless charging) and a standard low latency suitable for video and casual gaming. I'm sure there are a few others. App support while not yet standard is becoming so. Decent stock eartips should be standard and crappy eartips a definite slam. Advanced codec support and improved ambient mode and ANC, gaming mode remain plus features.

one thing i find interesting about headphone reviews on youtube is it seems like the recommendations are never the highest reviewed on amazon like the best one in this video are like a 4.0 star and there are tons of pairs with 4.5+ with loads of reviews. I trust your opinion I just think it's interesting

You also have to remember that most of the people leaving those reviews are customers who have only tested 1-3 of these types of products at most. While raw customer feedback is great, how accurate is a 4.5 or 5 rating when its based on the experience of someone who has only limited experience within this market? Also, the Amazon rating system has been proven to be misleading since brands have been caught paying for positive reviews. My top 5 lists are based on extensive testing of 25+ options at both the $50 and $100 price points. This is why I base my purchases off of the opinions of the reviewers I trust and not random ratings on Amazon.

I have the comfobuds pro and the galaxy buds pro, and what I use on a daily basis is the comfobuds, the galaxy has a little more detail on the instruments, but the comfobuds have bass and a very nice sound to listen to , clear and crisp. and are much more comfortable than samsung's, and cost less, Luca bignardi did a great job fine tuning the product.

Watching a few of your videos helped me choose the Soundcore Life P3 when I was in a pinch tonight and didn't wait to go a whole weekend without my wireless headphones. Unfortunately, the earbuds I was replacing *were* the Comfobuds, which breaks my heart-I liked them for all of the reasons you listed (variety of settings, useful app, comfort of wear, good price point). However, this was my second pair in 7-8 months, and in both cases, I started having connection problems where one ear (and then sometimes both) just stopped syncing, and the usual fixes (resetting, unpairing with all your devices, etc) only worked a few times, if at all. I found out only recently that this seems to be a semi-regular complaint. Is this something you've encountered? A chance I just had bad luck? I also recently had some issues with sound cutting out. Hoping for better luck with my next purchase! Really excited to try the Soundcore Life P3, and thanks again for the comprehensive and informative review. :)

Thanks for the review. I am looking for something that would stay on easily during long distance running and with a good enough noise cancellation for overall traffic/cars noises. Is the 1More ComfoBuds Pro something that fits this or is it geared more towards using while walking/being stationary?

Yeah. CBP are not really suited for running unless you get a perfect seal. Only one way to find out unfortunately.

If you don't mind chinese voice prompts feedback when using some of the controls, then absolutely I bought them for my nephew for his birthday, he didn't like that aspect one bit so he went and trade them for a effing Ganondorf amiibo to one of his classmates (that lil' 13 y/o ingrate).

Can u PLEASE review the olive pro... they are known for the ambient sound setting that works almost as well as a hearing aid but im iffy on the sound quality and loudness for music

I have the Soundpeats t2 I really like them. My one problem is that I have difficulty with them when it is windy.

Just bought these off your video, but theres only 2 fully customizable control options. No 1 tap so you're giving up at least 1 much needed option imo. And the ANC is set so you can't change that one. Plus I had them charging all night before first use and the buds are only at 60% and the case is in the red 🤨🤨 Might be returning these.

Excellent reviews, I'd like to ask you If you had to pick 1 Earbuds between Anker P3, P2 mini or Earfun free pro 2 or other considering quality in sound (music and calls) and good look in ears, which is the best for you? Because my opinion is that I like earfun fit (button style more than stem style) but think anker in quality sound or function are better, can you please suggest me. Thanks
