Hi. ¿What do you think about traninig with high intensity one day and training others days with very low intensity.? ¿ Does that help to autopagy?
@lmc4964 Жыл бұрын
my instinct is to set varied goals/standards and slowly/ incrementally try to achieve them. for example be able to do a pistol squat, an unassisted pull up/dip , run a 10k and achieve certain times on a concept rower over various distances and others. What I think is less important is to find out what my maximum squat would ever be, im close to getting a 100kg squat and if I get there my aim would be just to maintain it, likewise Im close to an 80KG Bench but I doubt my body "cares" if I could get it to 90KG (if that makes sense), i'd make better use of my time and energy trying to achieve a mobility goal or a cardio goal. I wouldnt know where I might hit an over training situation but I have a sense if I feel up to do something with energy, if not I take a rest day, also generally space different exercises/ cardio out.

I appreciate the info, but the same material is repeated in many of his videos.

@Rimon. Do you mean hypertrophy for muscle growth? Autophagy is body cleansing when body is hungry. Are you suggesting exercise on empty stomach? If not then, please change the subject.

I quickly ascend the 48 stairs to my floor, with my shopping.

Stairs are supposed to be really good exercise. When I was working, we would do the stairs during lunch time.

Intensity with lower frequency can be much more difficult with age. The older you get, with high intensity and less frequency, the better chance for injury... from my experience.... so this formula of yours may have to change with age maybe?

What does everyone consider total body exercises?
@WellnessMessiah Жыл бұрын
Hi Devil, I think it doesn't matter as much. What matters is provide enough stimulation to all important muscles. If you stimulate two or three muscles in one workout, you've saved time. In about 2 weeks I will publish a 10 habits of exercising for longevity where I show examples.
