The prompts you set in place become the only action you need to perform. The next step is actually a reaction. Place a glass of water by your bed. That was your action. The reaction was drinking it because it was so seamlessly easy to do. There is nothing you can’t accomplish if you take things one easy step at a time. Patience and satisfaction await you.
Hey I got a bit confused, the exercises that he mentioned are not typically considered part of HIIT, it's more commonly associated with muscle and strength training

Love this! I just started following @liftwithceecee and love her weight workouts. And forgiveness is a big one. When I went through the process of forgiving myself and people from my past, I felt lighter, happier and I started to attract more of the things I want to experience in life.

HIIT is not exclusive to muscular training… you can do HIIT with cardio, and while doing so strengthening the musculature. While running you have to engage a lot of muscles! And with HIIT the change in the demand of energy and strength your muscles exercise. Don’t even try to demonize cardio! 😂
