1:47 The fountain is still there (June 2022), but the artwork has been removed. Glad we have your video to show how nice it looked!

2:30 The original Florida Orange bird. I went to florida in the summer of 1956, and saw several of these orange advertizing icons for the florida orange growers. When i lived in St Johns County about 40 years ago, I was driving down south of St Aug on the ocean road between Bunnel and daytona when I spotted the remains of one. The actual one I saw and remembered as a youngster back in the 50's. I blinked, it was all there in my mind at least. I swung around and got out of my car and took a few pictures of it, and touched it. Now a rusted ball on its pedestal, there was no mistaken. Likely me and my mom and dad stopped there on our way to Lauderdale by the Sea. A true time capsule.

Surprised you didn't go to 4x4 Beach. The entrance is hidden between two homes in the back of a neighborhood. No charge off season but a small both for payment in summer. Only 4x4 vehicles allowed.

Thanks for the run down! Didn't even realize this was right near St Augustine. Never been to the St Augustine area but this looks like a great option

LOVE LOVE LOVE Saint Augustine, Vilano Beach, and Anastia Island. I have stayed in one of those houses where the wall is painted so pretty. I rented a VRBO there. He no longer is renting them unfortunaltely

Great video Chad. Always enjoy your stuff and this focused me in on an area of St A that doesn't get much attention. Keep up the great work.

I love Art Deco and airstreams. Iwas going to go to Saint Augustine after not really liking it the first time I went , but after watching your video I realized it’s just too crowded for me so I’m going to skip it and go to this beach instead. Thank you!

I've stayed at Magic Beach, the outside neon is amazing for photos at night. The rooms themselves are pretty tired looking at need updating. I recommend staying in a nearby hotel and going to take photos of magic beach at night instead of staying there

We have a couple of videos already on Flagler Beach. But Abby mentions going back almost every weekend. So maybe another trip is in order soon. Any place you would like to see featured?

Chad, thank you so much for your amazing content! My family will be in the St. Augustine area (with two homeschooled kids in tow) for a couple of months soon. Your intel on things to do and the history has been super helpful in planning our visit. We've truly enjoyed your videos! Thanks!
