Portion control, portion control, portion control. Yes you can eat that triple cheeseburger, but in reality you only need a single cheeseburger. Also, get rid of the soda and drink more water. Agree, get active. I do two 20min walks every day and play hockey 2-4 times a week. Lost a lot of weight with portion control, upped water in take, and increased exercise.

You usually have good videos but this one is kind of basic for me. I was expecting more than „eat well, dress well, work out, brush your teeth” advice :/

It sounds basic sjnce it is basic. The "hard" part is do all the basic stuff consistently. Forget one thing like cutting nails or shaving your hairline at the back of your head then it will stick out even more. Because everything else is taken care of it looks like you simply forget to do it instead being someone who does not care. To be on point is doing all the small things all the time everytime. All these little things add up, but forget 1 thing and it goes to shit. No matter how good someone looks, long dirty nails will instantly make them less attractive.
