5 children killed in car crash in Westchester County

Five children were killed in an unimaginable tragedy in Westchester County early Sunday. They died in a car crash on the Hutchinson River Parkway, and police say the driver was just 16 years old. His grieving father told CBS2's Lisa Rozner his son shouldn't have been behind the wheel.
