I love how resourceful you are and choose to reuse /repurpose supplies Tracy! I’m my Mother’s daughter and she was born in the 1930’s with her childhood spent throughout WW2. They had no choice but to make a “silk purse from a sow’s ear”… We live in kinder times but those values, for me, are irreplaceable. Your lifestyle portrays a very different picture, thank goodness, but I love how your creativity shows what can be achieved without employing expensive designers and materials…. Who knew painted golf balls could add an elegant touch to decorating! I love the transition they create from fall to Thanksgiving to Christmas. I love the copper and brass use for fall. If only I had access to the moss! I live in the desert in California. I would think the garland would be quite heavy?

Hi my friend! I'm so late to the video!🫣 Never the less, I'm here! You know I don't like to miss your videos! I just love your DIY's, always so neat! I'm so excited for Christmas decorating videos this year! I started following you just a couple videos before Christmas last year, but i remember your decorate with me last year, it was epic & you had me hooked!😁 I started watching Utube videos last year around October, mainly looking for channels where ladies were thrifting & antiquing, collecting all the things i love. Then I started watching the Christmas decorate with me videos. So most of the ones i watch regularly, I've been with you guys for a year+ now! I've made some truly amazing friends & that's been the best part! Same here Tracey..i love the vintage or old look on most everything i decorate with. Antiquing wax, or whatever dark wax, is our best friend!😊 I use it on lots of things & lots of materials or surfaces. Rub & buff is also a best friend for lovers of old things! The golf balls are truly great idea for Christmas decor! The ones do look like hammered metal. Love the hanging clusters! The garland is really pretty. Love the moss balls💚 The tray & wood box both are beautiful! I really enjoyed & thanks for the ideas & inspo! Pray you have a blessed week!🙏🏻

@RuralRefurb Yes we were good here! We had a few panels blown out of the pa l privacy fence but that was an easy fix. We lost power for 22hrs which was a blessing, some went a week or longer. Our little town was hit pretty hard tho. Lots of trees & power poles down pour snapped in two, and lots of flooding. I messaged you the next day or so & asked want your son..i didn't hear from you so i figured you didn't see it! Thank you for thinking of me during that time & still now! Huge hugs back to you!🤗

We live on a golf course and my husband seems to have an eagle eye for the lost balls that have been hit into the unplayable areas, ask me why he’s there in the first place!!😂! He is always bringing the strays home, keeping the Pro V’s and Calloway’s for himself if they’re in good shape!😂😂😂. I showed him your video and he was amazed that such beautiful decorations could be made with stray golf balls. Now HE’S inspired to find more so that I can decorate with them! I’ve been on a few Golf Club committees where we have decorated with golf balls, but is always golf themed, so it’s nice to know that they can be used in different ways so beautifully. Thanks for the inspiration! ❤
