So, we've talked about judges who hate us. How can we make them love us? In this video, I'll give you some tips for being the "judge's pet." Leave me a comment and let me know if you have any other ideas on helping make your judge's life easier.

Wendy is awesome and never fails to validate what it takes "to command the court room". Much respect for her! I strongly recommend her. Thank you Wendy🙏

Thank you for this-I already commented, but I can't stop watching your videos- the magistrate in my case plain does NOT like me, to put it simply, but these are still VERY helpful. THANKS, WENDY!!

@Brendan_Are I saw your comment last week (THANK YOU🙏). As I was deleting some SPAM comments from a robot early that morning, I accidentally deleted your comment about "trusting COMMAND THE COURTROOM". UGH!!!! I was so upset! I'm glad the videos are helping you. Don't lose faith!

Some judges hate too much relevant facts and spreadsheets that present them. Even timelines and summaries irritate a judge who gets up on the wrong side of the bed. Judges hate their own jobs too often and just sometimes hate whoever has reason to need a judge to read or listen. It is a roll of the dice. Judges tend to be prejudiced against any person who might legitimately need to protect their children from a bad parent or wants to present evidence that is unpleasant.

Last minutes I put together an exhibit summary for the judge in detail. I'm glad I did, 13 exhibits close to 400 copies; I think the judge will appreciate that

In the beginning its a timeline, as it continues, its usually one or two issues being spoke on. Keep it simple, stick to facts that support your answer or put holes in their case. But focus on the specific matter..we not in court to impress the judge, we in court to present evidence supporting or making it uncredible. Judge could care less in family court about liking you, stick to facts and laws and keep emotions out of it

Every since my divorce my ex has been finding anything to paint me as a neglectful parent. Making wild accusations and disobeying the standard possession order.

My ex sister-in-law’s withholding the children from their father for no reason she won’t allow them to have a children’s lawyer. She won’t allow them to be heard. She’s an attorney it’s not legal and she needs a psychiatric assessment. I’ve been divorced. I know the deal you don’t withhold the children end of story he’s a fantastic father

My son's mother been hiding my son from me for 9 years. In those years I came across her twice. Since then I've been receiving restraining orders with very bad allegations. I couldn't believe it, just found out that she is also trying to change his last name since I believe very strongly that regardless of the court agreement for my son she is trying to erase me from my sons life. Last I seen him he was 3 and now just turned 12 in March 2024. It's been a hard 9 years without knowing what he looks like if he played sports how his grades or even his health is like.

I feel for you strongly. Men are disregarded and treated like second class parents. My body my choice then take 100% responsibility for the baby. Men don't get a choice. Women need to stop acting like they don't know they are the baby maker, be more responsible ladies damn

Thank you all for your kindness and more for the prayers. Update court was on April 25th, for the restraining order and I thank God it was dismissed. Just had got the paperwork in and it had took a while because it had went into advisement. Also have court audio where it clearly revealed her lies.
