Cool, thanks for the comment :) Are you using Vital, or were you curious about the whole process/ longer style video I mentioned?

@@ClaritoneAudio I've just started using vital and would be grateful to see it used in psytrance I also use serum and sylenth1, would love to see the whole process of kick bass

@@ClaritoneAudio I would suggest making it in parts rather than a long video coz I think it will decrease your average watch time. (just a thought, I'm no expert)

Great idea for the next one, ghost notes and snare groove patterns would be a good follow up to this one! Cheers

I like your tutorials man! I'd definitely be interested in an in-depth kick and bass tutorial. I know there are quite a few out there but there aren't so many on basic principles. For example, using compression this way gives you this kind of sound, use eq for this effect etc. I'd love to know how Sun Project made the bass sound so fat on their tune 'Wasting Time'

Noted, im glad to hear the back to basics seems like a good mini series.. Its the perfect time for topics like you mentioned, and going back to explain the logic behind certain things. Will start to plan something in depth for KB, ive taken a listen to the Sun project track and it sounds like a standard style bass that has a bit more of a closed filter and some more ENV to it. The kick used to paired with the bass has a lot to do with the sound. If i have time eventually, I will try to take a look at recreating it in a video for you ✌

@@ClaritoneAudio Cheers for the response! Do you mean more envelope on the amp or filter? Details like this would really good for newer producers, I reckon! 👍

What an annoying effect when the kick overlaps the previous kick... Good idea was to render it hahahaha ♥ Amazing tut Nailik, Thank you for reviewing the basics, many times it is necessary to remember all this information that we forget as we learn more and more

Hahah yeah weird issue ! Couldn't see why.. Thanks man.. with the basics its always cool to see other methods and there is more and more producers every day wanting to learn from zero :)

Hey man, i recently found out about your channel and i love it! Tho could you please make a tutorial on how to make astrix like bassline without presets on serum? I love how astrix using his bass smooth like in “Artcore - high profile remix” 🐽

That first loud kick thing is so annoying when you are listening to a small pattern repeatedly. Not just a cube base thing though

Are you talking about Bazzism kick vst? Finding if I click the arrangement instead of sapcebar it dosn't do that random loud kick thing
