1) returns -ve ആകാൻ വരെ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. 2) 30 വർഷത്തേക്ക് നിക്ഷേപിച്ചാൽ ഇടക്ക് ഇങ്ങനെ -ve returns വന്നാലും പിന്നീട് returns കൂടാൻ ഉള്ള സമയം ഉണ്ട്. അതുകൊണ്ട് റിസ്ക് കുറവാണ് 3) 30 വർഷമോ അതിൽ കൂടുതലോ നിക്ഷേപിക്കാൻ പറ്റും. 4) expense ratio ഇടക്ക് മാറും. അത് വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ കാണാൻ പറ്റും.

എനിക്ക് അറിയാവുന്ന ഒരുപാട് പേര് SSY തുടങ്ങിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഞാൻ പലർക്കും അത് recommend ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. PPF വർഷങ്ങളായി ഇവിടെ ഉണ്ട്. 3 മാസം കൂടുമ്പോൾ പലിശ ഗവർമെൻ്റ് പുനർ നിശ്ചയിക്കും. റിപ്പോ നിരക്ക് കുറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ബാങ്ക് പലിശ പോലെ തന്നെ ഇതിൻ്റെയും പലിശ കുറഞ്ഞു. ഇനിയും കുറയും, ചിലപ്പോൾ കൂടും. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഇത്രയും പലിശ തരുന്ന വേറെ safe investment options ഒന്നും ഇല്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട് താൽപര്യം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ തുടങ്ങാം.
