Just stumbled on the juggernaut app, its seems that its all about powerlifting, im trying to aim for maximum body building/ hypertrophy, does the app have such an option or mode or is it only for powerlifting. Thanks for answering

It also has Powerbuilding (strength + hypertrophy) but not pure bodybuilding

Agreed. The fake boob thing is not a good demonstration for most. It ruined the video.
