Yes, I intend to share Software Engineer's actual work along with struggles & challenges and what to do about them rather than only romanticizing the good parts. It's a great career to be in, and I love it, but it does come with its own challenges that people should be aware of when working with others in the industry!

Hey Prakhar, I am currently studying in final year cse.I am currently working as growth Marketing & community builder in Blockchain based startup. I have question I am currently confused what to do take coding job or continue what I am doing because other jobs are low pay and not High salary hikes as compared to software engineer?

Hey bro, I would advise you, if you enjoy your current work, which also pays decent, keep dong it. If you want to get a job as a Software Engineer go for it, and see if you can balance the other thing if you still enjoy doing that. Also, take a chance on yourself, if you think you want to get into coding a year later you can always do that, or even take side gigs as a freelancer if you want to see if that would be more rewarding or not. Since you are fresh in the industry, explore and gain different types of experiences, and then pick your next career move based on what you enjoy doing more plus what pays equally well. A combination of both is required for a long-lasting career that doesn't make you burn out. At the end of the day, it will be your decision, wishing you all the best 🙌🏾
