why does the earth/water player kept playing agrias for 3 cp? first i thought agrias had a cost reduction but it wasnt the case

I didn't see any occasions where Agrias was played for 3. All 3 times she came to the field from hand, it was with 5 CP. What is the timestamp where you saw the 3CP play?
