I use and wear in combination citrine, tiger's eye, and Libyan Desert glass as my personal power stones. The glass of course is technically not a stone. I use some combination of them everyday. 🙏📿🖖⚕

Thank you so much for this video, I have used these crystals myself before to help with self-esteem, and they are really effective. Some additional crystals I have found help for are, Golden healer quartz, which is especially nice in the evening after a hard day, it just seems to remind me of all the positive aspects of life when I use it. Chalcopyrite, seems to have a very loving and protective effect, I suspect it is the combination of copper and iron in it. I find if I am around very negative people when I wear this one, the negativity just slides off like water off a ducks back. I also find blue chalcedony is an excellent antidote for negative self talk which can be very damaging to self esteem.
