Man really hates himmat Times he uses the wrong kitchen equipment i would have half boiled or boiled the rice 70% or 80% leave leave rest to pan frying for texture he overcooked in first the rice all the moisture and he didn't got the soya sauce mix . He used a plastic thing I use a metal one low flame left hand I hold the fan twist it move it and repeat same way we make noddle or fried rice . Moisture also locked the rice didn't allow it gain colour.
