This week I have learnt a lot, from how to save up on money and time, to how to reduce waste.
With meal planning I realised that if you can make your life easier you should, get pre-chopped veggies, meat that is already prepped to cook, sauces that help you cook without the need to buy additional seasoning for your food.
To reduce on waste, before you go grocery shopping create a menu for the week, to avoid buying ingredients you will not use. Create meals that can have an ingredient you can repeat (rice or potatoes).
To save up on time while meal prepping make use of the microwave and the oven, you do not need to continuously keep an eye out on you food and you can fit in 2 or more dishes in the oven at a time (depending on how big your oven is). Save the use of the stove for food you can't cook in the oven or microwave. In doing this you could spend 2 hours and half on meal planning at most.

Great idea i do it. I cook leave put one big container each person dish themselves. The meat finished on 2 or day 2. I get divided containers

I keep 3 days in the fridge and the last 2 day n the freezer but as far as breakfast I keep it in the fridge, I just ensure I add things that will last for 5 days

No my meals are for me to have a home cooked meal every day instead of eating take outs, without the admin of cooking everyday. It’s meant for people who can’t find the time to cook every day but don’t have to skip on a home cooked meal
