Love the tips fergus. How many times a week do you currently do weight training? I find it really difficult to get more than one or two sessions in a week with 70.3/Ironman training

hi mate. by any chance would you be able to do a kind of 'budget' kit video for people who are starting off running, cycling and swimming for triathlon/marathon training. i am trying to find some budget friendly kit, but its adding up to a LOT of money for the wetsuit, bike, and other accessories. cheers lad!

Thanks Fergus. I'm looking to prepare Hyrox next year, any chance you'll develop and sell a Hyrox training plan? It's an ideal type of competition/race? to enter as a hybrid athlete and would love to know your thoughts on it in video form, as well as ideas on how to best prepare. I currently do CrossFit x2 per week and run x3 but I imagine much like brick sessions for triathlon/ironman, something similar (fatigued runs) would be helpful for Hyrox prep? Cheers!

Great stuff. Do you have a link to the biomechanics stuff for choosing a stance?

Got a question: how to get better at higher rep ranges with lighter weight? I‘m quite good at maxes but suck at reps with around 75kg 🤨
@bendryden6695 Жыл бұрын
By doing more high rep training. Don’t rush into high rep stuff with 75kg. Start at a lower weight and work up just as you would at the top end

You rarely ever are looking for a 1RM. Work a program of volume and increasing intensity and maybe pull a 1RM twice a year. Maybe.

Do you have a training plan for lifting my old 56kg dog into my Ute while she tries to wiggle out of my arms?

Grab a ramp! Easy to teach them to go up and down.

@@rbob2416 I've tried that. It didn't work.
