The lawyer who prepared it always have the softcopy, they can make corrections to that page and reprint, then it can be restamped

Thank you sir, he gave me the full document, they printed out 4 copies, I sign the document, they gave me two, one original and and one photo copy, the land is located at delta state

Okay you have collected the deed, the land is in delta, I will assume the deed also comes with a survey. Although I don't have a surveyor that covers delta state, but that's the first line of action, getting a surveyor there to check and confirm the survey plan, the details on it and if it has been registered
