Hi Keith. Sorry to hear about your eye sight. I'm glad you're recovering now though. For your question, it relates to SEO. You should DEFINITELY add your targeted keywords in your permalink. So it would be something like yourdomain .com/how-to-bake-a-cake. Add it in your heading but use variations of your key phrase in the body of your blog article. You want to keep it at about 1% keyword density. This means for every 100 words you write, you add the keywords in. However, do use variations of it to avoid keyword stuffing.

PixelMe is able to add retargeting pixels from Facebook, KZbin, Google, Twitter, etc, so when you create an ad on one of those platforms, you'll be able to show your ad in front of those who clicked on your Pixelme link. Rebrandly is simply a link shortener.
