The vases/lamps are my favorite and all of it is beautiful! I have to try that here. I love painting lamp bases and it makes such a difference. I recently painted a clear ginger jar lamp in a sweet off-white and wallpapered a new fabric on the shade. Then I added fringe. Then I decided to change the electrical to a dimmer button on the side. Now it's perfect!

Kacha, thank you so much for the hardware idea style on the oak cabinet. I have a huge oak hutch which never had hardware on it but I really want to paint it & add hardware. The doors are way too thick for that, but the hardware you used that was installed from the inside, is EXACTLY what I need for my project. I had no idea they made such types of hardware!
