In most organizations, 2-5% of the workforce are in leadership roles - I call them “The 5%.” These “5%” could be the remedy to our ailments given the power and authority they wield by virtue of their positions. As you might have discerned by taking in my content, I am committed to developing more conscious, caring, effective and competent leaders. However, I fear the interests of “The 5%” are not aligned with the majority - “The 95%.” Too many of these so-called leaders fear they have too much to lose.
I want to see us leverage our collective power for a radical shift in workplace dynamics! In this video, I introduce “The 5/95 Solution" - a revolutionary approach to leadership that empowers the 95% of the workforce who are NOT in leadership roles to drive meaningful change from within these organizations. Drawing from my personal journey and insights as a conscious leadership expert, I challenge the status quo and offer a new framework for operating/power structures in the workplace. yes, the Executive Leadership is clearly not the best at times. Some have no clue what who how things work. And yes the system is flawed

"When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace," MLK./ Today's generation select leaders based upon reality game show psychology. The strongest is not selected, usually it is the weakest so the person in leadership can maintain status quo. This ideology is behind such shows as 'Survivor.' In this manner, corporate culture does not change, it is able to continue the practices of yesteryear.
