So my high school just did a play that had a dance off in it (She Kills Monsters) so for the dance off the play director just asked me one day if I could breakdance and I was like "I guess I can try" so then I learned the coffee grinder in like 2 days and now my interest is peaked

Can i ask something? Do you have any exercise to strengthen the wrist? I sometime fail with the freeze position and i think the reason is my weak wrist
@VitalityFitnessScience3 жыл бұрын
Hey thats a very good point, many face that problem. I made once a video about wrist pain and wrist problems, you can find it in the list. There I show you some techniques and methods to dampen wrist pain and I show exercises how to prevent wrist pain. That would help you Im sure!

I have another big question, in order to master a lot of bboy moves do I have to do so much training because I don’t really do that much training with calisthenics and yoga as I used to, but I still stay active and have good body weight strength and flexibility and instead of adding calisthenics and yoga into my fitness routine I prefer warming up the whole body then just practice bboy moves really fluently; does this still sound like a good strategy?
@VitalityFitnessScience2 жыл бұрын
Hey man! That really depends on what u want to achieve: the higher you aim the more you have to invest. But for some solid basic skills like these, regular workouts from time to time are absolutely fine! All the best Viktor

Man I’m trying to get the coin drop down but idk how he spins when he lands on his back… anyone else having trouble with this?
@VitalityFitnessScience3 жыл бұрын
I get your problem, I struggled with that as well. When doing the coin drop you roll from one side of your shoulders to the other, and this will automatically result in a spinning motion. The coin drop is based on this. Try from the push up position to roll from one side to the other, after some repetitions you will feel that you will spin more and more. Also a great exercise for that is the back spin where u learn to spin on the shoulders. Check the part 1 tutorial I explain this move there Good luck!
