Yes, boiled eggs in the IP!!!!! 5-5-5 method is pretty perfect, whether it's a dozen or two. Peeling them slightly warm is best. Makes making pickled eggs fun and easy!

Hi Julia! I made the fritatta after watching this earlier today! It was great thank you for the idea! Just to let you & your viewers know, I do not have a 7 inch Instatnt pot pan. I have a 6 inch and its not as deep. So I did 4 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, shredded cheddar and ham. 20 min on high pressure, 10 min natural release, then quick released. It came out perfect!!!! Now I need to get the 7 inch so I can make a bigger one :)

Breakfast for me is, typically, leftovers from the night before (unless I'm craving eggs, or grits) Egg casseroles/frittatas are Dinner, no lie! I love making Egg Bites in the IPot with the silicone molds! I'm not a huge fan of sweets, for breakfast, but I'm game. Never made hard cooked eggs in the IPot, so you're one up on me there. Love the video, as always

I love your egg bite recipe. I followed recipes that used high pressure and my egg bites came out dense and rubbery. I will try the low pressure method that you use and hopefully they will have a creamier consistency. You are not a lazy cook, you always spice your recipes well. Been following you for a while now and appreciate your hard work providing tasty recipes that are not too complicated...

HEY EVERYBODY SHE HAS A WHOLE SLOW-COOKER PLAYLIST!! YUMS! On topic, I'll be doing that frittata for dinner tonight. Thanks for the idea. I have one of those combo inserts so I think I'll put some potatoes-onions-apples (kind of a German twist) in the other pan. I have leftover ham I need to use. What a concept! You're a lifesaver! BTW I do oatmeal exactly like that on the stovetop. It is definitely a treat.

@@deniseharwood9521 Fabulously Frugal has a super simple recipe for yogurt using just two tablespoons of Fage yogurt as a starter! (Maybe Julie has one too.) Most recipes out on 'tube use a can of sweetened condensed milk, which is nice, but too sweet for my taste.

Fantastic recipes Julia. Just be sure that the lids to your egg bites mold is silicone and not plastic. Plastic will melt all over the inside of your instant pot.
