You make excellent detailed vids, TY. Do you know if GHL platform can determine if call is made by landline or mobile for text back and if landline, utilize a different workflow? TIA for your reply.

Yes it can. If you try to text a number and its a landline then it will be classified as a non textable number. You can then have another workflow trigger regarding non textable numbers to send them an email or create a task for your team to manually call the person to get mobile number. Thanks for watching.

@@gregs9775 No that would create a call loop. The business number goes to ghl and the ghl number goes to the business number.
