Great video, thank you. Everyone has passion, purpose and values but articulating them can be hard. I love your concept of finding 6 words to describe yourself. I did a similar exercise and spookily it was 6 word: Likeable. influential, positive, trusted, innovated and impactful. These are more how I'd like to be known, but still, very powerful exercise to stay laser focused on what makes you, you and getting others to recognise you for those qualities (I think personal branding is about the gap between what you know you are inside and how people perceive you on the outside). Thanks for sharing your video (and awesome even 5 years later that it's still so relevant!)
