As the son of a newcaster, I worried back in the day when the internet was taking jobs away, that the next career on the chopping block would be my dads. I slowly realized over time that it wasnt the content people were consuming, it was the connection they had with the person they were watching. This can be seen everyday on KZbin now. For example, The Stradman...he talks about Ferraris, Lamborghinis...etc on his channel. Although it is cool to see those cars, it actually has nothing to do with watching his channel to see the cars. Its the connection to the friendly face, the identity, the brand that James "the Stradman" has created.

A Brand starts with core Identity or perception 4. Hook / personal brand USP - Own that and....brand core Identity 6. Create consistent content - Creates attention 7.
