250 gms Boiled chicken breast with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chill. Having this for my protein intake and it is the best. Yeah

Hey ! I have fast metabolism which hard get bulk 😅 But I have one smoothie recipe that may help you 60 oats 40g pinut butter 300 ml whole milk 3-4 dates 4-5 dry fruits Whey protein Blend them and drink post workout or before bed we'll get around 700-800 calaries

Chiken biryani me sirf 250 gram ka chiken brest me 70g protin he fir total protein 69 kese? Jab yogurt ka count bhi nay kiya..

I just like make the tomato onion garlic and chilies paste and add directly to pan without oil.... And then add the marinated chicken breasts (Marination-salt tumeric chili powder black pepper jeera powder and coriander powder and sometimes a little garam masala) and add a tiny bit of water... Its actually not required though and cover it and let it cook for in medium flame for around 15 mins.... And it's done.... If you feel it's a little wet then then open the lid and turn to high flame make it to desired consistency...and the 15 mins works for me your might be done in 13 mins or may take 20 mins.... So check before removing from the stove but dont overcook the breast then it's gonna be chewy... And your pure protein meal... With a little extra calories from the tomato which will probably not more than 10 or 20 cals is ready to be served ✌✌✌✌.... It works for me...
