Something I discovered the other day that might be helpful: Be more aggressive on your planting foot rather than your kicking foot. When going for power shots, you will instinctively want to stiffen up your kicking foot which takes away the from the energy required to properly plant your planting foot (also taking away from the good balance required to shoot as Michael has mentioned in the video) and overall resulting in a poorer shot. Plant strong and let your shooting foot swing. Cheers!

@@smacrosplays755ange of motion and ball contact on your kicking foot are the more important than a hard swing. Obviously the ball will move even faster when kicking hard with strong leg muscles but in my own experience kicking „as hard as possible“ only works if your range of motion and ball contact is really on point which becomes harder to accomplish the harder you kick so focus on perfect technique first and when you’re advanced enough try to kick even harder (and train leg muscles) to make your shots even faster.

You know what's interesting? I have looked for a knuckleball tutorial where they show you how to hit a knuckleball as fast as possible so that gravity does not influence an arc at all, but I could not find that video anywhere. But I noticed a couple of your shots were indeed the rocket knuckleballs shots that I favor in my soccer practice so much. So I guess just shooting with power will automatically recruit your technique to hit knuckleballs with ease as well. It's like a combination of two shot types: pure power and the perfect knuckleball. Thanks for this video! I will use this technique to combine with my knuckleball technique in order to create the fastest shot a person can possibly hit.

Can you tell me how to touch the ball with sweet spot how do i rotate it after back swing

One important thing is missing. Position (vertically) of the left foot when shooting the ball. As in your video Left foot is few centimeters ahead of the ball. Especially when Ball is moving. But everyone should find the right position cause it affects also on how high the Ball Will go. As does the contact spot of the Ball too.
