I totally agree with this video. I too replaced whey protein with egg. I eat everyday 6 eggs with yolk and i can say I never had any issue like cholesterol Or something else I am a live proof that egg does not harm you

Even while cutting we can consume egg yolk but keeping the calories in mind that it should not exceed the daily calories intake, that's why people consider whey as the finest source. But the catch is that it should just be there to fulfill the protien requirement and there shouldn't be any scope for replacement with the diet, we can add both to our diet because both have different purpose to fulfill. Hence, you can have anything with the same macros at anytime until the daily calorie intake is being fulfilled.
