Mene Gym chorr diya hai but meine Fitness Lifestyle nhi chorri mein aaj bhi har roz Running krta hu Pushup pull-up jesi bodyweight exercises consistently regular krta hu but abhi Mera primary focus apne career aur pesa bnane mein hai. Bhai ek kaam karo cardio badha do thoda aur weight training me intensity badhao matlab 8-12 rep me train karo till muscle failure... Aur carbohydrates aur thoda kam kardo.. protein thoda zyada lo ho sake to Usse hoo jayega definately. 👍🏻
