you can make the cold foam in that shaker if the clean up is easier!! that’s what we do at my bar to top off our irish coffees :) it comes out super fluffy, but if you prefer the consistency in the video then feel free to blend it :)

Laughed pretty hard when I saw how you modified your DeLonghi steam wand because I did the same with mine the week I got it to get rid of that terrible attachment they slap on there. Respect!
