Tough decision. I might make it number five and make the cover number six, depending on how dusty the shop is. I would recommend all of these before adding any more grinding wheels.

The 4k stone is very soft and you can catch the edge when you lift the knife on a curved tip

I am confused about the knife angle settings. If a knife has a 20* angle, do you set it for 20* or 10*?
