I personally don't trust anyone enough to share this with. I am wary of people. I am gradually building my own type of tool box and totally agree about building one on the basis of what works for 'you'. Thank you for another powerful video.

That’s so great - making your own bespoke toolbox over time is vital 👍

My pleasure, Edward and 100% agree. My life started at the the beginning of sobriety. The road can be tough but it is so worth it!

I just digested what you have spoken about here along with my lunch Lol. Time to start a journal again. Great tips for the toolbox. Mark Phelps who everyone in the world knows has 2 impaired driving charges. So when you talked about marathons at first I thought "this guy can't have a drinking problem". At any rate he is very private about it. Keep on keeping on.

Thank you for this video. The journey towards sobriety is not always a perfect one so the past 3 years I used the journal to keep track of how many non-drinking days I had per year. What I found is that I was over 93% success rate per year which really reinforces my recent decision to finally stop. I am on day 61. Journals work great..Be honest with your journal (who, what, where, why, next day feeling, etc..) so in those moments were challenged by cravings you can take yourself back to that 'day after' which is a catalyst for my stopping... Stay Strong! 🔥

What a great post! And thinking about sobriety in terms of percentages is really effective. Well done. Keep up the good work!
