I wish more ADHD rship advise would talk about the emotional part - partners feeling not being listened to, not given undivided attention, not feeling head. It is not all about the practical things:)

This man has brought AD. H. D so clear to me and my relationship. I commend this gentleman for his knowledge and his thorough explanation. I really need him as our counselor.

Thar part about polarizing each other in opposite directions is SOOOO true, and it is a special kind of hell when both of you have ADHD symptoms, but you have different priorities.

My husband and I-- 8+ years married, this month marked the one year anniversary since we separated, mutual end goal remains the same-- divorce I wanted to give you a shout out and tell you what a great job you did breaking down all the information especially around the 4:20 mark…. You forgot to share with us in the beginning that you were a fortuneteller, maybe you were also given a gift for remote viewing.

This was truly amazing! You explained everything so well and in depth. I also think it's important to note that I've noticed in my partner their Rejection Sensitivity when discussing things or not taking on board an idea of theirs. Just in case others didn't know this can be a symptom of ADHD/ADD

For the "weekly meetings" question I'd consider a fidget toy as well.. something quiet that doesn't require his focus but that can be an outlet for the hyperactivity. I really wish they'd been called "Fidget tools" instead of toys but what can you do.
