Here are 5 chest exercises that helped me build my chest over time. Sometimes I do different variations but I stick to doing compound lifts, isolated lifts and unilateral lifts to get the most out of each muscle group. If you want to grow your chest be sure to keep tension on your muscles by using progressive overload and keeping proper form through each repetition. Good shape bro .Am 65 and still work not powerful like 30 yrs ago but i still do my bench with 275 4x6 i use to do 30 yrs ago 315 4x6 natural no juice never touch it

Bro jus looking at you with that suicidal press were your thumb is behind the bar reminds me when I dropped that weight on my chest and broke my sternum bone snapped it into 2 pieces your clearly professional i thought the same for many years I used that method of grip until in my 40s it slipped of my palm from mid air was 3months out of gym your doing a great job jus be careful

High pulling cable press is better than a fly for the lower pec in my experience if you can tolerate the additional tricep work

You’re getting a lot of power in that bench press from your lower body. Every time you push that weight up its coming from your legs and your back

Only flat and incline press, flys machine that all you need for the chest. People should work more on shoulders than chest.
