Thank you for this and all your great stuff! I'm trying to do some stuff from your exercise channel and I wondered what size swiss ball I should buy? I have a huge one, but it doesn't seem to work well for some of the exercises like the rollout. Thank you!

Hi zac ! thank u for ur video❤ I'm curious if I could do some rolling exercise variations in my rolling office chair to relieve tension since I have to sit all day.... If that's possible, I'd love to see you make a video about seated exercises for relaxation. Thank you!

Thank you for this video. I work as a dental technician and my posture got worse the more I work, sitting all day and lifting heavy stuff. I need this.

Thanks Zac! A question I’ve been meaning to ask you was about losing progress, nothing pisses me off more than losing the progress I’ve made and notice clearly. I’ve always been under the impression that it was coming from a specific area like a flat foot, the jaw, eyes etc. which I suppose could be true but I also started to think that it could be just tension. What you said in the latter part of the video really resonated with me, could it be true that what I’m experiencing with ‘losing progress’ is actually just because I’m not at the point where I can maintain the progress when standing? Basically, the best way I can describe losing progress is going from feeling loose and fluid to tight and tense. Your exercises have really helped me go from tense to fluid, however it doesn’t stick long term. Is the more due to tension being created and built up turning me from fluid to tense and or is this due to not mastering upright standing exercises? Any advise would be a god send as this is easily the most frustrating part about all of this for me. Thanks as always Zac for all your content! 👍

Can I begin with both overall and ext rot exs? In your test in your prev video, I can rotate to the left with 45deg, but maybe 30 to right with big tension.

Hey Z, great vid as always. One q regarding your log roll. Ive heard from daddy ol pops the advice to rather introduce segmental rolling for highy compressed individuals, rather than log rolling. Any thoughts on this?
@ZacCupplesPTАй бұрын
Can’t speak on his behalf, but I could see how it would encourage slower movement and possibly relative motion. Practically, people who are hella stiff often create the segmental roll from a particular hinge point as opposed to individual components. Best bet is to try and see what works best for you or your peeps
