Hi zac ! thank u for ur video❤ I'm curious if I could do some rolling exercise variations in my rolling office chair to relieve tension since I have to sit all day.... If that's possible, I'd love to see you make a video about seated exercises for relaxation. Thank you!

Isn't it in back of the ridge between your teeth and inner mouth, instead of on that same ridge that's behind your teeth?

U showed the first exercise wrong, and the physiotherapist never says to hold back the shoulders. He wants to hold the shoulder blades between th2-th7. For most ppl they have to elevate there shoulders. Thats why you want to train your lavator scapula to be able to tolerate the new lode.

I wonder why it came to be called a dowager’s hump. A dowager person is a (most commonly) a term for a woman who holds a title from her deceased husband.

Thanks i realised that i was breathing completely wrong and i thought why is my voice like this and where does all the stress and shortness of breath come from. I was acutally expanding my core at the exhale instead of the inhale and the oppositionellen. Crazy. But thanks for this

Never thought compressing the rib cage to get AP expansion. I never used to get this tight when I played sports for decades. However, when I started playing pickleball, I started experiencing tightness all over. Does it have to do with the constant fight or flight response when you are at the net? Sometimes those exchanges get intense and I find myself bracing for the next ball and breathing very shallow. Thoughts???
