khrystal z Students aren't put into classes based on how good their quirk is. While Mirio does say Tamaki is someone even better than himself thus his hero name Suneater because Mirio is the sun, that doesn't mean Mirio is in 3-B because his quirk isn't as good. For example, Monoma has an amazing quirk, but he's in 1-B meanwhile Ojiro has a lackluster quirk. I think students are separated based on how destructive their quirk is. Class #-A has more destructive quirks while B aren't as destructive. There are some outliers though. Btw Nejire is also in 3-A

Hey! I just wanna say that I think that if mirio calls amajiki "suneater" and amajiki calls him "the sun", it's not because of any kind of gay ship.
