Hey Andy sir, I love that cabinet setup behind you for your cnc routers. Must really help you cut down on the dusts in the shop? Would you recommend I build something like that for my cnc router "once I get it". I'm just working with hand tools atm. I make what I call cookie cutter furniture so just basically snap it together. I'm impaired physically so I figured a cnc router would help take the load off of my body. Sorry for rambling but one more thing. Happy holidays and Merry Christmas to you, your friends and family.

I can see those Jack-O-Lanters selling like crazy. Here in Alberta, Canada so often people's pumpkins are frozen or at least going limp by the time Halloween rolls around. and the ability to use one year to the next would make them so valuable to a customer! I don't own a CNC yet, but I'm coming back to this video in a year or so when i do buy one!

I built a 5x11.5ft (fits a 4x10ft sheet) CNC router over the summer, works great. I pretty much built it for one purpose, to cut parts for a product I designed out of 4x10 HDPE sheets. But I'm looking for other ideas for the 99% time I'm not cutting HDPE for that one product. I don't really want to get into wood working but it seems like it might be fun.

I am new to CNC and woodworking, what type of oils do you use that is foodsafe? Or does it leave a scent or when used as a chopping board does it affect the taste?

@AndyBirdBuilds3 жыл бұрын
Thanks. It depends where I'm selling them. If its for a festival then I'll make a bunch of them. If its a individual order then I make them as they are ordered.. I think a couple days from when they are ordered to when they are shipped is my average.
